POOL · BILLIARDS
El Grec 8-Ball is a top-down 2D 8-ball billiards game with real ball physics. Break the rack, pocket your set — solids 1–7 or stripes 9–15 — then sink the 8-ball last. No account, no downloads — just pick a mode and shoot.
▶ Play El Grec 8-BallPick a mode on the start screen. Solo Clear is you against the table — clear all 15 balls in as few shots as you can, your best saves on your device. vs Bot is a match against an easy bot. Player vs Player is local pass-and-play on the same device — Player 1 vs Player 2, taking turns.
Drag on the table to aim — the dashed guide line, ghost ball and target arrow show where the cue ball and the ball you hit will go. Pull the cue back (or drag the power bar) and release to shoot. Fine-aim buttons nudge the aim by half a degree. The first ball you pocket after the break claims your set: pocket a solid and you are solids, pocket a stripe and you are stripes.
Press Esc or P to pause, and R for a fast restart. The pause menu offers Resume, Fast Restart, Main Menu, and Back to Hub — the hub link is also on the start screen.
Pocketing one of your balls keeps your turn; missing, or pocketing nothing, passes the turn. A scratch (cue ball in a pocket) loses your turn. Pocket the 8-ball early and you lose the game — clear your whole set first, then call the 8. In Solo Clear the score is shots plus time: fewer shots is a better clear.
